Constituency Office Closure

Licensing of Funfairs (Scotland) Bill

In December 2017, I launched a consultation on a proposal for a Bill to exempt travelling funfairs from public entertainment licensing requirements and to create a distinct new licensing system for travelling funfairs in Scotland.

In line with the requirement to hold the Consultation Responses and make them publically available; where it has been deemed that one wished to do so – this site should serve as a host to those responses.

The Individual and Organisational responses to the Consultation, which were received before the deadline and for which I have consent to publish, are available here:

Should you require any further information then please do not hesitate to get in contact with me through my Office at 188 Main Street, Bellshill, North Lanarkshire, ML4 1AE. Telephone: 01698 479 900
